What is Thermage FLX, and is it right for me?

Thermage FLX is a monopolar radiofrequency treatment that heats the dermis and subdermal tissue to contract and regenerate collagen. It suits thin, sagging skin, fine lines around the eyes and mouth, and enlarged pores. Results build over 2 to 3 months, downtime is almost none, and prices start from ₩2,390,000 for the full face (VAT excl.) at Liftique in Sinsa, Seoul.

Firmness you can feel, built from your own collagen

As skin thins with age, it loses the density that keeps it taut. Thermage FLX delivers monopolar radiofrequency energy into the dermis and subdermal tissue to induce collagen contraction and regeneration, so firmness can improve from within.

Its fourth-generation AccuREP technology measures skin impedance in real time with every shot and delivers energy uniformly. For patients who want tighter, more resilient skin rather than added volume, it is an elegant option, and at Liftique it is always planned by a dermatologist.

Thin, sagging skin

For skin that has become thin and lost its firmness, where tightening matters more than volume.

Fine lines

For fine lines around the eyes and mouth that make the face look tired.

Pores and texture

For enlarged pores and uneven skin texture that come with reduced elasticity.

Skin density

For patients who want to increase skin density itself rather than choose a volumising procedure.

Heavy, hooded eyes

Eye Thermage uses a dedicated eye tip for drooping eyelids and fine lines or sagging around the eyes.

An alternative to eyelid surgery

Eye Thermage may suit people for whom upper or lower blepharoplasty feels like too much.

How Liftique performs Thermage FLX

  1. Diagnosis

A board-certified dermatologist consults with you in person. 2D Mark-Vu skin analysis and 3D EVE MUSE facial shape and contour analysis are used to plan treatment area by area.

  2. Individual energy settings

Energy is set to suit your skin condition rather than kept uniformly low. Genuine equipment and genuine single-use tips are used, with a close-contact delivery technique intended to help prevent burns. For Eye Thermage, an eye shield is placed when needed.

  3. Comfort first

Most patients feel mainly mild heat, eased by dynamic cooling and a vibration function. Our pain-control system adds numbing cream, fine-needle injection, nerve block and oral analgesics at no extra cost. Sleep sedation is ₩200,000 with an 8-hour fast.

  4. Treatment and aftercare

Full-face sessions take 30 minutes to 1 hour; Eye Thermage takes about 20 to 30 minutes. LDM and LED aftercare is included with Thermage FLX for additional lifting and skin regeneration (not included with Eye Thermage).
